"The dispatcher was rude."
"Can't give a review on the service because they don't answer the phone to arrange any transportation. I called over 10 times today and each time it leads to voicemail with no call backs. How does anyone arrange a ride without talking to a person?"
"Visited website looking for scheduled stops like any bus service would have, but this is not that kind of service. This is a basic taxi service, just in a small bus that only does one pickup & drop off at a time. Website says to call 24 hrs in advance to schedule a ride....I called on a Monday for rides to work for Wensday, Thursday & Friday, after being told that they were booked up & could not picup me up at times that I needed I was asked to call back on Tuesday morning, as their computers were about to shut down for the day, & she would see if she could fit me in with earlier pickup times. Was unable to get ride for Wensday, but did for other 2 days, albeit 2 1/2 hrs. earilier than needed. Need better clarity on website as to their actual service & if you are going to use this service call ASAP, even if week in advance, to make sure you're able to get ride. My work schedule comes out on Friday afternoon, too late for any kind of help on Mondays & IF I'm lucky I might get a ride to work for the rest of week. Going to start calling the week before (without even knowing my schedule for work) just to be able to reserve a spot."

"hate it, every time I called them set appointment always get so full of the schedule of time and I called them 4-5 time told me had any cancellation that day I had to wait I called them again if had any same day pick me up for my doctor appointment on the ride cause I called again I miss my ride again the accent country lady on the ringer called speaker say to me " miss your ride about 4 mins ago" I said to her let the bus get me she say "No" answer on the phone she was rude she have no customer service and never speak to the customer say "No" on the phone always apologize to the customer on the phone, the bus schedule really sucks and Dothan need fix the system here, I'm gonna move back to big city"
