"Rude Employees, Very slow service, and apparently "incompetence" is the only requirement to work for greyhound... my bus was over FIVE HOURS late- a person must try Really Hard to be five hours late for anything, & the type of human who has the audacity to be five hours late to work shouldn't be trusted with ensuring the safety of passengers aboard a commercial vehicle. If i were ever to be FIVE HOURS late to work, i wouldn't even come in that day"

"Bus service have turned so bad!! First when taking greyhound be prepared for them to get you out in the middle of nowhere then tell you they looking for a driver!!! While you wait double digit hours they don't even offer you a meal. I was stuck in Virginia for 2 days while they waited for drivers. Smh I will not take greyhound again."
