"Today I used there ATM that allows you to pick your bill denominations. I chose a simple $20 dollars in four 5 dollar bills. But the atm only gave me a 20 dollar bill. I go inside explain that there atm is malfunctioning can you break the 20 dollar bill to be told no I am not a member! I live in ny and in town visiting family. If you’re atm that anyone can use is down that excuse I am a member don’t cut it."

"My spouse signed up for Granite State a few years ago for a home equity loan and later a car loan. He was thoroughly impressed with throughout the process. I personally didn't have to interact with them so didn't write a review. I just got a car however, and the dealership rates where high so looked into GSCU and there rates were much better especially if you do auto deposit and get an extra .25 better rate. Granite State was incredibly fast, and responsive throughout every step and even helped let us know when our dealer either mistakenly or intentionally was trying to charge us for things they shouldn't be. Each time we called, we got a real person very quickly and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Where dealerships try to nickel and dime, I felt at least with the financing I had a partner in the process looking out for my best interest. While I still plan on our using our larger bank for my main checking/savings, because I do 99% online, and the larger bank can do high mobile upload limits and ATMs everywhere when traveling, I love Granite State, and will continue to use them anytime we can for loans and similar transactions. Highly recommended. To note, we dealt with the Derry location, though my spouse mostly uses the Manchester, so we can attest to both of those locations, I think they have a third somewhere too."
