"Berkshire bank is probably the worst bank that ever existed. On so many levels. All the levels actually. Don’t even bother with them. Their online system is a joke. It’s literally impossible to set up wire transfers and they charge you for incoming wires. They gave me a debit card with the wrong name on it on the joint account I have with my husband and then never replaced it despite my efforts to get it to be corrected. No one has time for the amount of work it takes to make anything work right with them. Pick a different bank. Adams Community Bank is beyond amazing. Bye Berkshire Bank."
