"Honestly if I can give this post office 0 stars I would. They admitted to me yesterday that they delivered my package to a completely wrong address and the package contained items worth up to 300 dollars in it, was insured and a priority package. It’s been two days since it’s been delivered and they refuse to answer the phone and intercept my package so I can receive the items that was sent, therefore I will be filing a police report for theft."
"Staff are nice people but the lines are incessantly long and every transaction seems to take an eternity. Trying to mail something on your lunch break - you might as well take a personal day. They need more people at the counter. There is 5 registers and never more than 2 people working."
"One of the staff members is extremely disrespectful towards women. He spoke in such a manner that was incredibly demeaning. There is no excuse to talk to a woman like she’s a child. Just because you’re clearly miserable in your own life is no excuse to project that onto a customer who just asked a question."
"I don’t usually write bad reviews, because I work in customer service and I understand that everyone has bad days…but this was just uncalled for. An older gentleman working behind the counter was beyond rude and condescending towards me. I walked out of that building with tears in my eyes. He humiliated me in front of the other customers and talked to me as if I was five years old. The Slocomb location has a much nicer staff and I will be going there from now on."
