- Package Requirements: Ensure your packages are securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label. Packages must weigh less than 55 pounds and be smaller than 48" x 25" x 25".
- International Packages: Accepted as long as they originate from a U.S. address. All packages must include a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment.
- Hold Policy: Packages will be held for up to 7 days. After this period, they will be returned to the nearest FedEx facility. For further assistance, please call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).

"This location is very convenient as a FedEx onsite spot for me. However, as the clerk scanned my QR Code, the technology didn't work when I needed it the most. I was sent to Office Depot by the store clerk, which was closed at the time, and I still had to go to another location. When I got to the other onsite location, the scanner worked just fine for my code. Hopefully, this gets resolved for the future needs of this service."
