"Can't tell you about the food. We waited 5-6 minutes in an empty lobby. Four employees came to the front counter but none of them made eye contact or said anything to us. Finally, we decided to leave. On our way out one of the girls yelled " don't you want anything?""

"They no longer serve a small fry, not a big deal so I order the “regular fry”. I wait about 8 minutes being the only person in line at drive through and spent over $4 on this “regular fry” and I receive a fry so small I could pour the entire thing into one hand. I’d bet I could pour 2 of these things into one open hand with out spilling. It is sickening that this is what a regular size fry is. I use to have great memories of DQ being the best burgers and fry’s of all the fast food places, although I can’t say Il be going back if this is how they treat their customers. Il just go to Sliders and get an actual serving of fry’s for a quick on the go snack."

"The staff at Dairy Queen has always been wonderful until my visit today. I had placed an order to go and was early to pick up which was fine. I’ll happily wait for good food. When I asked for 2 cups of ice one of the older women in the front turns to the other and says “oh now she wants a cup of ice” in a mean tone. I was then informed that for to cups of ice I would have to pay $5.31! I had to agree to pay it as I needed the ice. I have never been so shocked with Dairy Queen as I have always had great customer service."

"Got a reeses blizzard and it was very good. When ordering the people were very kind. The bathrooms were perfectly in order and stocked. The only issue, and the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because there was a terrible burning smell. not like food being burnt but almost like an electrical fire. the smell was honestly very overwhelming and I had a headache by the time I left. Still a good establishment and good people. They just need to resolve the issue with the smell."
