"Went up there to get a coffee after dropping off my daughter and I believe that they give me somebody else's coffee it was way too sweet and they won't answer the phone whenever you try to call I can't even go up there till later on in the afternoon"

"Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The girl was clearly alone, but we had to repeat our order 6 different times for her to understand what we wanted, sat in line for 25 minutes with 2 other cars, then she hands me the “iced matcha latte” and it’s all WHITE so I told her that’s not right she says “ ma’am it’s tea” and I said I understand that but the matcha powder you put in there literally dyes it green, that’s just a cup of milk so she takes it back in the window to remake it and the picture below is what I got.. absolutely no matcha flavor I’m literally drinking a cup of milk… with ice… I paid $5 or more for a cup of milk that she didn’t even want to try and make right in the first place."
