McDonald's

"Worst McDonalds ever. My sisters car broke down so we were stuck out late. The children were hungry so we were happy to see there was 24/7 McDonald's. Upon pulling up to the drive thru a guy (Alonzo at least he said) sitting in a car with some girl starts yelling obnoxiously. Closed no more closed done for the night no mas etc... I'm the only one here done turned off grill I'm done for the night. If he was done should turn off the lights and get off the clock. I'm sure McDonald's Corp wouldn't approve paying someone to sit in parking lot with his friend to tell prospective customers he is only one there so he shut down grill. We didn't mean for us trying to spend money with McDs to mess up your social hour guy."

"McDonald's on 17 I always use the app and get at least 25% off the total. They were not that busy but we still waited a while parked then I sent my friend in to go get the order. I do believe they are price gouging overall for food"

"Afternoon I am disabled and that manager and 3 other girls that are her employees ignored my request and refused to earn up to customer always right if they a do this to a disabled person What do you think they will do to you??? They served cold uncooked fries and I asked for a refund or fresh fries she refused to do either and I went home and looked in the bag realized they forgot one of my burgers poor poor culture friendly and poor service and I tell people about that store shame is on that store now I spent 26 dollars on my meal and it's her the manager and the employee GANGED UP All on me I was afraid for my life she should find another job Jun 19 like 7:30 pm today I had to go back because they forgot my sandwich because of the inconvenience and the way the fries was handled before being served meaning the fries already weren't edible from fries been sitting to long before they handed them out plus the inconvenience already she was being as difficult as rude as disrespectful she could be toward a loyal customer I'D RATHER GO TO BURGER KING WHERE YOU RULE #burger king winning"

"I use to work in a McDonald years ago. And customer satisfaction was driven into my training. Either the employee couldn’t read on the screen that the order was a quarter pounder with cheese and gave me a double cheeseburger or worst can’t tell the difference between a boxed sandwich and a paper wrapped sandwich. Training or attitude needs to change. Probably both"

"Wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The food, service and atmosphere were good. Had a few custom orders and they all came out correct."
