"I tried to place a large online order, and the Crumbl app said they were not able to place online orders. Two large transactions came out of my checking account. I called the store and informed the store of what happened, and the employee was super nice and assured me the manager at that location would help. I got to the store explained the situation to the front cashier, showed him the transactions out of my bank, and he proceeded to talk to the manager. The manager did not speak to me. She did not even turn around to look at me. I asked if I could get refunded for one of the transactions, and I was told that that was not possible that I would have to call corporate and/or my bank. I then was made to place another order, and was made to pay the third time, and at no point was the manager willing to give me any accommodations."
"This is a great cookie company. The employees are kind and the service I'd quick. I do suggest downloading their app, the point system is a good one. There are 6 cookies a week that they change out every week. The cinnamon roll cookie is probably my favorite so far. Lol. Yum"
"CRUMBL Brunswick is awesome. The staff always have cheerful singsong like greeting with smiling faces. I have enjoyed each experience over the past 8 months. Most recently I ordered the blackberry lemon cake. Which was spectacular with a perfect lemon blackberry combo and a cream cheese like blackberry frosting with a fruit center. Delicious"
"Went to Crumbl in Brunswick which we LOVE and NEVER have had issues, bought 3 Key Lime pies and by time I got home they were melted. I called and complained and basically was told I was a liar. As you can see the filling is pouring over the sides and it taste terrible."
"Absolutely love there. Love seeing young people working hard and learning a craft. They could never be broke when they learn how to make cookies. Most people will eat at least 1 cookie. It puts smiles on faces and happiness in the hearts."
