"Ordered a nine layered cake and got a six layered chocolate cake. It was so lopsided it was ridiculous. Would add a picture if I could. The box was wrapped up so you couldn’t look inside. I didn’t unwrap till I got to the birthday party. I pulled it out and was so embarrassed. Unwrap and look at your cake before leaving this place. All was made right immediately. Exceptional customer service. Thank you."
