Tropical Smoothie Cafe

"Tonight, I placed the same order I frequently place, which is a smoothie made thick with only one squirt of water. The black female making the order always appears irritated by the request. So tonight, the employee placed other orders in front of mines on purpose, and modified the drink without asking me if it was okay. I asked for another person to make the drink. Both the employee and manager refused to allow another person to make the drink or issue me a refund until I asked if I needed to call the police. They also threatened for me leave the store, after I tried to explain the mischievous behavior of the employee. When I mentioned getting the police involved, the manager made me wait for a long period of time and even mocked me by pretending like she was coming to talk to me and then turned her back on me. It was a direct power play or abuse of power and authority."

"Sadly I sat at the drive order box for 10mins waiting for someone to take my order, I asked if they were having difficulties and was told no the just have other orders inside and online. So my family of 6 left. Service like this brings the Brand down and I will be reaching out to corporate. A 1 star review is not even deserved."

"1st off let me start by saying this place really disappointed me. I ordered a chicken wrap & my chicken was undercooked & cold. When I told the manager she seemed annoyed & said she can make it again but I had already been waiting almost an hr for everything else . I sat down & attempted to eat the other half of my wrap but that chicken was also raw & was even missing a topping I asked for. At this point I asked for another 1. I sat back down with my family & waited some more. I waited so long I got up to ask the manager how much longer & she became very rude & started raising her voice at me to the point where 2 employees were holding her back. I hope this store has cameras & can see her behavior because she clearly needs to learn proper customer service skills. She says she felt I was rude & I never once cursed or raised my voice at her. I was very calm but a bit upset. I never write reviews but, felt I was treated very poorly tonight & would like to warn other about this place . On top of this she claims she didn't know she charged me a tip I never agreed to which she then offered me a shake instead of refunding me the $. I would've tipped even more if the service provided was appropriate but , I will never come here again . I didn't ask for a full refund because apparently that's not an option at this place . There was a gentleman sitting down eating his food & told me he couldn't beleive her attitude. My husband was outside waiting for me & had to walk in to see what was happening since he saw her arguing with me through the glass windows."
