"We were waiting to order food for a good 10 minutes while the casher moved at a snails pace to make an order. Then when we finally got to order their scanner was broken so no app deals were available. So we didn't get to eat there at all. Until they get better staff and fix their scanner they will remain at 2 stars"
"I’ve never been to a Wendy’s where the food was so bad. My French fries were brown and had obviously been old fries they dipped back in the oil. Which is so wrong. I won’t go back to this one again. And I love Wendy’s but that is just sad and the manager should be ashamed to put out service like that. My burger was dried up and flavorless. Usually Wendy’s has pretty good food everywhere I go and I go often. I love to dip my fries in my frosty but this one in Brunswick sucks. Awful awful awful"
"Just went through the drive through at 6:20pm, dinner time. You’d think the food would be fresh and ant least hot. NOPE! Our sandwiches were cold and our fries were old and cold. I ordered a single cheeseburger with pickles only and along with being cold, mayo was scraped off my top bun. I hate mayo. Do better! Extremely disappointed. Will never go back again."
"I wasn't too thrilled or satisfied with my food at best. The fries were lukewarm. The burger was cold. The cheese didn't even melt on the burger. Plus it was put together very sloppy. The staff were average at best when it comes to their mannerisms and attitude. Would I order or eat here again? The answer is definitely not. So"
