"Since when is a 24 hour gas station “closed” at 10:30pm. Just want to get gas and as I was walking to the door a gentleman was looking it inside while telling me “they are closed.” So I walked up to the door and he said it again with an attitude. So he opened the door and I told him I used the upside app to get gas and chose this location because it’s 24 hours. His response was a dismal “fine.” I expressed thanks for allowing me to get gas and got no response back. I wonder what the reason was why he said they were “closed” when this is a 24 hour location. Seems like someone is lazy and just wants to lock the place up and get paid to sit there. Do better Racetrac. I’ll stick to Circle K next time."

"Pretty sad you walk in to get gas and they tell you that the gas pump you want to get gas is offline. (Not to mention the pumps are not bagged off to let customers know that). So I move to different pump and walked back in and they tell me that that pump is offline as well. What if I was disabled. Then the store tells me they are not able to bag the pumps off so that how many other people have to go through what I just had to go through. You may have just lost my business."

"Very nice new station, however the staff leave some customers very unhappy! Was overcharged for items and clerk could not comprehend the mistake and had to get the manager to explain to her the basic math error she had made. The clerk was offended by my pointing out her $10 mistake and claimed I was harassing her... A really BAD experience with a very poor quality employee..."
