IHOP

"With less than 10 customers in Restaurant, server took 30 minutes to bring water and coffee after taking order. Then when she brought coffee without a cup and was gone for another 5 minutes to bring the cup she forgot. Geez I only wanted 3 pancakes and people were coming ordering and leaving. My first trip to IHOP in 40 years was horribly disappointing. A couple walked out after waiting long time for service as I’m posting this while I’ve been waiting for food for 40+ minutes."

"As always Miss Kristen greeted me with a big smile and is always so sweet and kind. I had my baby with me and she was so patient and understanding with her whining. I often get anxiety because some waited give me ugly Looks but not her. Turns out she was also cooking and serving and it just shows her work ethic. She brought my food out in a timely matter and it was amazing. I high recommend going when she is there and y’all will always have a customer as long as yall have miss dear Kristen"

"The last few times I went it was horrible... Service and time. Kids really wanted IHOP so we went. Surprisingly we were seated within a few minutes of arriving. Our waitress was awesome. Very friendly and great service. We didn't really wait very long for anything and she kept drinks full. Ashley was our waitress and I know she was there working on her day off. I didn't get the hostesses name but she was very friendly also and seated us quickly."

"I arrived at 10:15 and was seated immediately. After 20 minutes someone (a manager) took our food and drink order. 30 minutes later I got up and went to hostess area and asked for a manager as we had not even received our drinks. Our waitress/manager popped over and apologized bringing water and a pot of tea. The pot had what appeared to be splashes of cream or something else white on the exterior. I caught another server and asked for a clean pot and just one teabag. A replacement was brought. My daughter went to drop the tea bag into the pot and it was stained and unclean on the inside. Apparently the pots need some bleach. I ordered the 55+ combo. My pancake was cold, there was no ham or sausage just 3 strips of bacon. Hash browns not crisp but limp. Food was all barely warm. My daughter's was the same -- lukewarm. Dirty butter knife that was inside the wrapped napkin. Rather than waiting longer I rose and went and got my own replacement. I will not be back. My daughter will not be back. Her family just moved here. Staff is not experienced, they are slow and kitchen cleanliness is poor. This place does not seem to care. I wasn't the only unhappy table today either. The one directly in front of us has issues as well."
