"Not once but twice, I had to deal with racism in this church. Also when I was dropping my kids off at the kids area I had this man walk up to me, look me up and down and asked, “what do you do for a living, that you can look like that?” I laughed a little cause I thought he was joking, so I said, “what’s that?” Just to see if he would say it again. Without missing a beat he asked the same question again. Then I saw he was serious. I said I am a disabled vet. He looked me up and down, sucked his teeth, and turned around and just walked off. I guess that’s what I get for having long hair, in a church in Dothan. Needless to say, we didn’t go back! I have never been so insulted in a church. Not only was it a insulting question about how I looked, it was a slap in the face to veterans who fought for this country, and got disabled in the process! So if your looking for racism and people who are against how people look, this is the church for you! Wow wow wow!"

"Great place to be. Covenant offer three different services so you can best pick the one that fits your style. 9:00 is traditional (choir, pastor wearing robes, etc..) 9:45 is more contemporary, more casual atmosphere. 11:00 is full contemporary. Childcare is available."
