"Really like our local gym. They have all the tools needed for a good workout. Great locker rooms and a Sauna. 4 star rating is only due to the age of some of the weight training machines some are old and could use newer more ergonomically correct machines."

After a quick tour I booked a 5 training session pass with their new trainer Amilcar. Not only did he fix my chronic pains immediately but has set me on a path that gets me excited for the next session! You can see the care that goes into this gym from the owner to the friendly desk attendant/smoothie maker. Great equipment and class offerings too. Impeccably clean, packed with the newest and best equipment (I mean, there’s a full size infrared sauna in each bathroom!) and the nicest staff.
