"Worst customer service and purchase process I have ever had. I purchased a brand new scooter from them over paid they attempted to fix the scooter since day 1 off the showroom floor 3 times never fixing the electric problem I asked them to refund my money or switch the scooter the owner Eddie refused I have been forced to miss work and take them to small claims court don't walk away from these people RUN FOR LIFE purchase and service elsewhere anything at all awful experience to say the least if I could give negative 5 stars I would u attached photo's so they couldn't deny my claims which i believe they would try to deny my statements made public here ..."

"Over the past couple of weeks, I sent the dealership two emails and placed three phone calls for questions about a scooter I previously purchased from them. No response back over email and no answer on the phone calls. Enjoy the scooter, but customer service needs some attention."

"definitely not pleased with this place 1.NOBODY greets you when you walk in (literally stood for 20 mins before i got some service 2. The woman who handles sales, she’s useless she can never answer any questions you may have in relation to the bikes. (most of the time they never answer the phone )) her favorite thing to say what is your phone number i will have them call you. AND NOBODY EVER CALLS 3. there is never a Mechanic on duty, they are there sporadically. the white guy with the Bald head he is money hungry don’t trust these guys. you won’t get proper service and he talks to people any type of way. if you want to get proper service go to SCOOTERS OF BOSTON they are more customer friendly. and operate there business correctly, not look at you when you come in but don’t help. my scooter was there for 4 days no work done before i decided to take my bike back. these guys are TERRIBLE businessmen."

"Highly recommend this place. I dealt with Nicole the whole time she made is very easy for me to buy my son his first moped. A short 6 months later I went back and bought him his first car from her as well. Very Reasonable pricing- Ask for Nicole when you go."
