"First let me say I work out at a lot of different planet fitness locations. My job is based on territory so in my area, which is andover, Methuen, Salem nh, reading, I have been to them all. This is the ONLY location that has this problem. The trash is ALWAYS overflowing, they are ALWAYS out of paper towels, and when you mention it to the staff they look at you like you are the crazy one. This is a staff issue at ONLY Methuen MA. I will legit drive 29 minutes out if my way just to not come here again. If you own this chain, tell your staff to go around hourly and restock paper towels and change or renew trash bags. Simple. If they do not, fire them and hire someone who can do a very easy job. Disgusting and it has happened my past FOUR visits here."
