"I went through the drive through and placed my order the same older African American lady that took my order also took my payment was rude and unprofessional. She really need to be retrained on customer service. The young Caucasian lady was very polite. No I'm not being racist I'm actually and African American woman myself. I just give credit where credit is due. With that being said that was my first visit to that location and my last."

"Went to get a quick bite last night on the way home, should have waited to get home. My husband and I went through the drive thru 9:00 pm and ordered the #7 which was 2 cheeseburger large fries and a drink to share. It was quite busy so we thought “good at least the fries will be hot”. Well they were hot but very raw. I understand they were trying to get people their food quick but come on. Hot yes but I’m sure the health department and corporate would be very upset to know you pulled food off of cooking to do so. The timer was definitely not going off on these. Shame on the manager and crew. You deserve not $15 an hour."

"I’ve never met more of a bunch of horrible people as managers or crew members in my life. They forget things out of your good so much and the managers are awful especially Lillie Thomas. She is as horrible as they come! I have a family member who works in there store and she gets treated like constant trash. Every day it is something new. Pants, hair, attitude, my family member even after a small stomach ache let them know she could still work and they sent her home for what?! She got sick from the illness going around our home with my son and wife in the house sick and was told to get a doctors note on a day she doesn’t even work so she brought one for the next day that she worked that she had missed and STILL it wasn’t enough for that woman. Tell her she was gonna get fired cause they already printed out paperwork about her instead of waiting for the doctors note to be turned in! She is a sneaky, horrible, heathan of a woman if you can even call her one. I don’t know how many managers or higher ups I have to go through to get that woman fired but enough is enough. You don’t treat employees like that."

"The manager carlos thinks he is tough but he aint. He is very rude to customers, you can tell he is very erragant. He threatned me in front of my kids then kicked me out when i was explaining to him the situation was ridiculous. This place is a joke, carlos as a manager is a joke. We drive anywhere else just so we don't eat here. It is terrible everytime. Also they don't even have gravy biscuit at this location, and the bacon is always floppy and things are always missing. Which I feel like points back to the manager. Terrible terrible terrible. Do not eat here, go to riedsville"

"My nuggets were cold and the manger was rude and there speaks can’t hear no body apparently the drive through speaker can’t hear no body and the sprite was watery. toco bell would be better or a Starbucks they would make a lot more progress."
