"Formerly a great place, is now Awful. The manager is now off site and rarely answers the phone. They raised the rate to almost 2x what I paid 5 years ago. The hold times for their robo call center can be very long, so plan ahead if you choose to inflict this company on yourself. All the emails I get from them are from no reply addresses. The only thing they want to talk about is how to pay them online. I bought a shed for my back yard and am finally getting free of these people."

"I inquired to store my belongings here in December, after paying online I was told to go to the location. No one was there. The gentleman quit. I had to rent my truck for 3 more days until I was able to access my unit and store my things. Then I was promised a key etc….well…….This place is absolutely horrible. Not only have the NEVER provided me with a gate key. I have paid thousands in storage with no access to it. Also I have never been provided a contract, yet monthly they send me emails raising my rent. Also the outdoor buildings have holes in the roof and siding so anything in your unit is bound to be destroyed. I can’t speak for their inside units. But one would think at 180 a month you could have free access to your property, and your property would be free from weather!!!"
