"This is my 2nd visit. I had a ruben sandwich both times. The 1st visit it was just ok, this time it was delicious! I'm glad I decided to try it again. I wish I had asked the blonde hair lady's name when I found out that she had prepared it. My husband got the fish sandwich, and it was hands down better than the ones we had the last time we went to Captain Joes on 84. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. We will be back!"
"Rude workers and not that good of food. I walked into the store the cashier was busy and asked if I could wait so I was standing there. Another customer walked in and another cashier walked up and told them to go there and ordered so first I got skipped. Then the cashier was rude, but I got my order placed. I was standing there waiting and people that ordered after me orders was ready, so I just wanted to make sure I didn’t miss my number so I went up there and asked and the rude cashier saw me walking up and said she didn’t call my order. So I went back to waiting finally the order was ready a chicken wrap and fries. First the chicken wrap had so much lettuce that it was a salad wrap with sprinkles of chicken. On top of all of that the fries was cold. Finally I went to double check my food when I got it, and she rudely told me everything was in there as if I didn’t need to check it. Waiting 20 mins for food with rude service was not worth it! Over all my first experience at this place was terrible and will not be back."
"Wife and I went for lunch, our first time. Staff was super friendly, food was delicious and everything looked clean. Price was easily comparable to similar restaurants. We both had combos plus fried pickles for $24."
"At 8:34pm on 4/13/2024, I called-in an order for a chef salad only, to the Waycross location. A young man told me that they do not take orders past 8:30pm. Even a salad. Your website doesn’t state this as a policy. Do you decline walk in’s after 8:30pm? WHY NOT LOCK THE THE DOORS AT 8:30pm then? Why did he even answer my call??"
