"The store was dirty, and the service was extremely slow . Was in drive thru . I was told to pull around to the front, and they would bring it out. Had to end up walking in, and my order still wasn't ready. Drink station was dirty and had trash on the floor. The employee who finally handed me my order was very polite. My family said the hamburgers were good, but the fries were old and cold"

"I was there at 10 a.m. and it was Saturday where I was told they served breakfast until 11 a.m. but then when I went to place my order the assistant manager tells me they're completely out of biscuits. there were only 3 people running the store and the assistant manager was having to do it all. if they had more help I would have gotten my breakfast instead of being ignored so she could work drive thru and everything else."
"Wish there was a option for 0 stars. Lady taking order was a sweetheart however after $40, my kids got single hamburgers instead of double cheese burgers, my husband had no bacon or cheese on his bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and to top it off there was black hair (more than 1 small hairs) melted in my cheese on my freaking whopper. Called and the manager said "you have to bring it back with a receipt and I'll replace the food". No way I'm driving 20 minutes back to get it replaced instead of a refund. Ridiculous."
