"I have had mostly positive experiences at this restaurant. However, yesterday was a very different story. I was so excited to buy a full rack of ribs for dinner and share them with my family, three who drove to Waycross from Raleigh, NC for a family vacation. Upon opening the package, the ribs looked different from in the past. They did not look slow cooked/smoked. They looked like they were cooked differently, maybe in an oven or perhaps even partially microwaved. The ribs were tough, hard to cut, tasted bland, and did not have smoked flavoring. Deeply disappointed, I apologized to my family who all looked at me and each other in disbelief that these were supposed to be the famous mouth watering Hog n Bones ribs. Someone really “dropped the ball” on these ribs. I doubt I will ever buy their ribs again."
"My dad and I come here a few times a month and get breakfast. It always taste hot and delicious! It's crazy how fast we get out food considering how busy they can be lol."

"I have been here twice now. After the first, I thought I’d give it another shot to be sure. The parking lot is an absolute mess first off. Then everytime I go there’s such a long wait at the speaker box and the pickup window. I order ahead because I have pretty bad anxiety so it should be super easy and smooth. Today, I waited over 8 minutes at the speaker box. When I got to the window; my order was wrong. It was just a pulled pork sandwich combo. Not a big issue. But I hate going anywhere where I have to speak up about something wrong (see above statement about anxiety). I won’t be back. I need places that can get a simple sandwich order right without taking up 20 minutes of my day. I only stop on my way home from work for convenience and if the food was really good, I’d probably overlook the other issues but it’s not."
