"Staff is very rude, especially the wife. I had a room infested in roaches and went to discuss she got so mad I was telling her about how nasty the room was and the roaches. They got a whole side they don't put people in but certain kind of people which is not fair. I don't want to spend 189.78 to sleep with roaches. This hotel is disgusting and so is the staff. I can see why they don't have no staff there they are ignorant."

"I have never seen staff so rude to others as I had the unfortunate privilege of witnessing here. I try to make the best of all situations, because complaining only makes things worse. The air conditioner worked at mediocre at best. Temperatures over the past couple of days reached almost 100. My daughter had a roach crawl across her while she was laying down in bed, we had men standing around corners watching the other wife and our daughters when we went to pool, and noticed I was being watched when I left with my little girl to run to Walmart. Tried to use washer and dryer to clean a load of clothes and was told to hurry up and get out. It was so awful that we had to have the company our husband's work for arrange for us to get moved to a new hotel. Do NOT stay here unless you love to be miserable and treated like you're an inconvenience!"

"It's OK for a budget option. No horrible stains or smells. It does have city water so there is a small smell there. But beds are fine, a bit squeaky. Nice staff."

"It's a 2.5 star really. It's ok for the price . Honestly I would expect at least $15 cheaper a night for what u get . POSITIVE 1ST you can see they're really trying to clean the place up and there was a couple new items in the room. But the shower head wasn't quite attached to the wall,The front desk person was kind. My biggest complaint is that we asked for a non-smoking room. And the room smelled really horribly of weed and cigarettes. And multiple times throughout the night at woke up from cigarettes coming through the bathroom vents from rooms across the hall I guess. It was very very smelly. And there were stains on the sheets and there was actual pieces of I don't know food or other items on the pillows... The front desk person did tell me they could have move my room but after driving basically for 2 days I was beyond exhausted."
