"This rating is for the first day. I was charged for a smart lock that was not provided. When we arrived at the storage place there was no lock. So I went to the front office. I asked about buying a lock that was about $10. I wasted about 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have any. I had to drive to multiple locations before I found one, which ended up costing me twice as much money. After all that when we got back, we had to wait another 25 minutes on a truck to move. The door was blocked and the carts were taken. Not a good first day!"
"Very easy signup online signup process. Received a follow up call within an hour to make sure everything went well. We rented 5x10. It is 5’ deep will full access so I don’t have to dig way in the back to get things."
