"Very disappointed with the food. This was our first time here. My husband ordered the 3 egg omlett with home fries and a soda to drink. He was quite pleased. My son also ordered the 3 egg omelette with home fries and a soda. He thought the fries were over salted. The problem with the food was with my meal. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with bacon and an orange juice. My juice WAS NOT even chilled. And my biscuits were COLD. And the gravy was LUKEWARM. The only thing good was the bacon. It was cooked PERFECTLY CRISP. Now I did order this overly large cinnamon roll that was sitting in a case right in front of us. They looked so good and yummy. I asked if they were baked fresh today. She said yes. She said they make them everyday except Monday because they’re closed Tuesday. They make 6 at a time so that they all sell and don’t get stale and carry over to the next day. Everyone seemed as though they were polite. They could have been a bit more chatty. The atmosphere was inviting and welcoming. My meal could have been perfect if either the people in the kitchen or even the server make sure the food is hot and drinks are cold when they leave the kitchen. This is a comment and post to learn from."

"The services was alright, she was not very attentive. She was busy up at the counter talking to everybody Told us she was going to bring coffee but didn't, say She was would get silverware and extra napkins but didn't."

"Great little Cafe for an impromptu lunch. Our waitress was PRECIOUS and so sweet. The onion rings did not disappoint! Filled up on those too much before the steaming hot patty melt was brought out to the table in a quick and timely fashion. Hands down best patty melt I've had in a while!! We will stop by again the next time we pass through town!"

"After searching for a great breakfast place, that we haven't visited, my father and I decided to check our Kountry cafe. The reviews showed the place to have a very happy customer base, and the pictures made it look welcoming. Upon entering, we immediately noticed the decor (which, me being from Texas, reminded me of there) and the fact that the place was full. This caught us off guard, because we visited on a Tuesday, so great start. While we're were there we were greeted by 2 employees, both helpful and friendly. They seemed to be understaffed, and overwhelmed, due to the amount of work each was performing, could have used another staff member. Aside from that, the food come out delicious. The omlett I had was not only very flavorful, large enough to be filling g, but also nice and warm right up until the last bite (very rare for eggs, in my experience). The seasoned potatoes were seasoned really well, also. I was aittle disappointed that having such a great breakfast, they only offered black coffee, I was hoping to have an espresso, but it was OK. The only food item that wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped, was the gravy. While it was nice and creamy and warm, there wasn't much flavor, to me. This was a pretty small shortcoming, to deal with since the rest of the breakfast was so good, and the service too. I'll be back and really enjoyed the meal, thank you."
