"I ordered a tux for my 2022 prom and it was great! They even squeezed me in before all the other people so I could go ahead and get my measurements (which I've lost by now lol). A little expensive for us because we ordered it and the date was rescheduled so we had to pay twice. Other than that, a great place!"
"I've been in here a couple times. You get what you want but you will pay exorbitant prices. I ordered a tux shirt through them that came in at nearly $120 with tax. Go home and look up that same shirt from the vendor and it's $49.95. You can get 2 day shipping for under $10. Thats 100% markup."
"What lifesavers these guys are. Work and life got in the way and I needed to rent a jacket. Shannon got me measured and a jacket arrived the next day for me to rent. Very hospitable to their customers every time I've used them."
"This place should not be able to operate today. From the moment we walked in the door we immediately felt unwelcome. No greeting or anything. We had to make my way to the back to find a co worker to let them know what we needed. We told her I needed to be measured for a suit. She then said yes we do but the other guy will have to do it. The guy was helping a customer at the time so we waited until it was our turn. Another customer came in and he immediately got greeted. Me still wanting to do business with them stayed. So after the guy was finished with the first customer he totally ignored us and went talking to the customer who came in after us. They never acknowledged us and at least let us know they will be right with us. After still waiting 5 minutes for him to have a conversation with a customer who came in after us we decided to leave. It was clearly evident they did not want to do business with someone with my skin color."
"My fiance and I visit the store today. We decided to leave after we were looked over, after letting the associates know that we were there to be fitted for a suit. We waited patiently while they held conversations with the men that came in after us. There wasn't even a greeting when we came in. We definitely felt ignored and unwanted in that space."
