"I've been to better Salvation Army stores back in Michigan that were bigger and more organized. The store was bit a disorganized for being as small as it was, and for being as busy as it was on a Saturday having only one person working register isn't the best idea. When we went to check out "something" happened in the bathroom that the check out lady had "no idea" what happened that caused it to smell like someone had pooped in the vicinity recently, and it reeked. I did find a few things I was looking for in good condition, so that's a major plus. But when something as disgusting as that "incident" happens apologize to your customers if nothing else instead of talking to people around you about it. It's poor form."
