"I have been seeing Dr.Chapmam for years and than Violetta.I am a non compliant patient and havent been seen since 2021.Today i call to make appt and secretary very rudely says you havent been her since 2021 i have to see if she will take you back.Like i am a wild animal or something! I also never received any letter stating that she was letting me go as a pt.Very disappointed,as this is my doctor since i been a child and i have always been non complaint, its nothing new.I guess Steward Healthcare dont need the money!Not sure what has happened but the office assistants arent helpful and very unprofessional."
