"I recently sought out a new PCP and had high hopes when I booked an appointment with Dr. Harrison for January. However, the experience left much to be desired. From the outset, scheduling the appointment was a challenge. I encountered difficulties reaching the office, often being disconnected or met with unfriendly staff. My frustration only grew when my appointment was postponed by a couple of months, reminiscent of the recurring rescheduling I faced with my previous PCP. Despite this inconvenience, I remained understanding, attributing it to a one-time occurrence. When the office called to reschedule, I was unable to jot down the new date as I was in the middle of something. To my dismay, upon reaching out to confirm, I was informed that I had missed the appointment. According to their policy, new patients who miss appointments are not rescheduled. However, I never received any communication about confirmation of the new appointment date. Despite diligently checking my calls, texts, and emails, there was no trace of their attempt to reach out although they claimed to reach out the day before. Feeling confused and frustrated, I attempted to explain the situation by calling back, only to be directed to voicemail once more. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a patient. While I have no doubt about Dr. Harrison's expertise, the lack of professionalism and communication from the office staff tarnished my impression of the practice."

"They don't get back to you about test results, prescriptions etc. Front desk person is rude, ignorant, never places my appts correctly, has no customer service skills. He's just an all around douche. Nurse ratchet is just as terrible, rude and has personally complained to me about patients. Feel incredibly uncomfortable just calling the office."
