"I am so disgusted w this place already and I haven't even had my 1st appointment yet. On 6/21 my PCP sent a referral to this office because after 2 weeks of antibiotics &Dr visits nothing helps. On 6/24 anxious to get some reprieve from my suffering I called this office to make an appointment. Since I'm a new patient I was sent over to a new patient voice mail where you leave all your information and wait (they say) up to 3 days for a response. Today is Thursday No Response. On Tuesday I went to their online appointment maker again new patients get special $hi÷÷y treatment, whereas I put all my information in to request a new patient appointment and wait (it says) up to 2 days for a response. Today is Thursday, still NO RESPONSE. Now I'm getting really frustrated so I go online again and start registering as an existing patient and it shows all the appointments available for today so I book one of them. After booking it and wanting some confirmation I decided to call and try to connect with someone who handles new patients and lo and behold I reach Cathy. Cathy swiftly told me I could NOT have today's appointment because those are reserved for existing patients. That appointment was at the end of today (2 hours from now). The appointment Cathy offered me was another week away at 8:30 in the morning and apparently the only appointment all week. Since that appointment was virtually impossible to make, she literally put me off till July 10th. I'm in tears as I write this. I've had a double ear infection for 3 weeks, my hearing is muffled (can't hear very well), my balance and coordination is off all because of the ear infection. I know what your thinking....go see your PCP, I've been twice. Go to Urgent Care, I did that too! Been on 3 different antibiotics, prednisone, ear drops, heating pad, benadryl and sudaphed. Nothing is working so my PCP sent a referral over to this office and this is how they treat a new patient? Are you serious? Whatever is going on could literally get worse by the time I get in there. I don't know......I've never been treated so poorly."

"Lisa who does the allergy testing is really amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. She picked up on me being anxious during the testing and made me feel at ease. She was kind, caring and patient. I also witnessed her demonstrate sincere concern for other staff members that were dealing with a difficult patient interaction.
