"I went to The Russell Center for Shock Wave Therapy on my torn shoulder labrum. I don’t know the experience for chiropractic care but I was pretty much guaranteed by Dr. Sherri Russell that shock wave treatment therapy would heal my tear and I would avoid surgery. Well $1,200 and 7 treatments later, shock wave did nothing. I just had shoulder surgery last week. Also, the receptionist could work on her attitude too."

"I started going to the Russell Center about a year ago and you don't realize how much pain that you are in until you aren't in it anymore! Dr Russell worked me through alignment changes and the stretching/strengthening to keep some problems from coming back. And then we did SoftWave. I was told that a new knee was coming soon. A few rounds of no injection and no surgery SoftWave, and I am walking on joints that I have been in pain with for years!"

"When our puppy was 10 or 11 weeks old he jumped down 3 stairs and hurt his back. He seemed to recover but he could never really run, just trot around. At about 10 months old we brought him to Dr Russell and within 3 or 4 visits he was running like a true lab, fast and often. He also couldn't relax or sleep without moving every 10 minutes and now he relaxes and sleeps in solid hour+ intervals before rolling around."
