"If I could give this rating a negative 5 I would the lady who runs it is very rude and unprofessional. she is a witch! I would never rent a storage unit at this facility! She spoke to me in such a harassing manner I felt threatened. When I asked her why she was being so rude, she said she hasn't had her coffee yet this morning! Then proceeded to laugh. Bad business!"
"So on Google it shows they are open 24 hours. I called hoping to get a recording of their hours so I could see if they were open on Saturdays for me to see if they had units available. The lady who answered the phone pretty much chewed me out for calling at 9:50 because her office closes at 5:00. I apologized & told her the website I’m looking at shows open 24 hours. She proceeded to start hollering at me demanding me tell her who I am because her website does not show that. I told her she didn’t have to be a b**** about it & hung up. She then had the nerve to call me back. I didn’t answer. But that definitely makes me want to stay away from any of their places because how rude this lady was!!"
"The lady who runs this location, Ms. Faye, is wonderful. She goes above and beyond any expectations that you may have. She runs a clean facility, and is genuinely happy to help with any questions that you may have. The storage rental units are big and reasonably priced. Great location, great prices, and GREAT service. They give the trifecta."
"Clean secure facilities. Prices are high but all storage is high in the Dothan area due to shortage of storage."
