"As you know you have terrible reviews online. Maybe try actually doing something about the problems you have. Marie B Cadet, PA is extremely rude and incompetent. Plenty of other people have given her one star reviews at her last practice yet you go ahead and hire her for SS? 1. Failed to placed xray order after telling me to go get an xray. The receptionist at Radiology had to scramble around to get things in order. 2. Filed my ankle pain as the left ankle after examining my right ankle herself 3. Couldn’t understand basic English. “My ankle started hurting 3 years after surgery” was interpreted as “Oh you have chronic pain and thus an urgent care visit isn’t needed” … thus i needed to correct her multiple times. 4. Overall had a generally rude and apathetic attitude. 5. Said I needed to go back to my surgeon. 6. Came into the room uttering something barely understandable “Hi my name Marie what are u in here for”. I asked her to repeat herself and she got all rude about it and of course couldnt even repeat the full statement… just her name “My name’s Marie!”. If this is the quality of staff that you are hiring expect more and more 1 star reviews. She is overall clearly incompetent and rude and should not be operating within a medical center of this caliber."

"We have four kids home tested positive for strep. Husband was seen, feeling sick and with a sore throat. Rapid test was negative. She refused to test for COVID telling him “You don’t have to test for COVID every time you are sick” and then proceeded to tell him she wouldn’t give him a note to miss work because he’s “not contagious” and that he’s “not going to get anyone sick”. After not doing a COVID OR A FLU TEST. Shameful."
