Our clinic offers both in-person visits and televisits to accommodate your needs. Our operating hours are Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (closed from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Wednesdays), and Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that calls are not accepted after 5:00 pm or between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm.

For your convenience, limited free parking is available behind the building on Hadley Street. Please ensure you park in the spots designated for CHA or TERC.

To streamline your visit, use your MyCHArt account for eCheck-in, allowing you to review and update your information ahead of time. This process ensures a safer visit and saves you time at registration. Our eCheck-in User Guide is available in English, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Patients visiting our clinic, Urgent Care, or Emergency Department are permitted to bring at least one person with them, with additional visitors allowed at the provider's discretion. For hospital visits, please refer to our Visitor Policy page for current standards.

If you require language assistance during your visit, notify your care team in advance. Our interpreter services are available at no charge to ensure effective communication.

Keep up with your routine tests, immunizations, and health screenings with the help of your primary care or specialty team. For non-urgent health questions, send us a note through MyCHArt. For other inquiries or feedback, please use our secure online form.

Our MyCHArt system provides a safe and secure way to manage your healthcare from any computer or smartphone. You can ask questions, request appointments, refill medications, and review lab results with ease.

For prescription refills, contact your pharmacy directly. Avoid running out of medication by calling before your supply is depleted. If you do run out, inform your pharmacist for possible interim assistance.

We offer same-day or next-day Virtual Sick Visits for symptoms like cough, headache, COVID-19, back pain, and more. Schedule a video appointment through MyChart, and receive medical care from the comfort of your home.

For urgent care needs, visit CHA Somerville Campus Urgent Care at 33 Tower Street, Somerville, or experience 24-hour care with short wait times at CHA Cambridge Hospital and CHA Everett Hospital. Your CHA doctor will be notified of your visit to ensure coordinated care.
