"They are the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. I came to the ER at 9:30am and still hadn’t been seen by noon. No one was there and people who came after me were seen before me ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here if you actually want to be seen by a doctor."

"I wish I could give this place a 0 star! Spent 3 hours here waiting, only seen by a doctor for like 2 minutes. Left with the same amount of pain because they could not tell what was wrong with me. Had bruises after their blood draw for weeks! Received 3 bills totaling over $2,500 after insurance. Don't waste your time to go there!"

"Been here for 5 hours and with no resolution to my issue. Staff are nice but the service is slow. Most likely leaving here still in as much pain as I did walking in and still with the issues I had coming in. The doctor basically said come back tomorrow if the symptoms are still occurring. My copay is already $350 feels like a money grab at this point to come back and pay another $350 for another visit."

"I went into the ER around 8 pm on a Saturday night and was seen right away. I went in with stomach pain and was seen by Dr. Lee. My pain had multiple possible causes and Dr. Lee articulated his thoughts and plan of action to diagnose me extremely clearly. So well, that when he walked out my boyfriend and I looked at each other and said wow he’s awesome, neither of us has had a doctor able to articulate themselves in such a manner before. He successfully diagnosed my appendicitis and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident about surgery and how the next 24 hours would go. The rest of the ER staff was also very friendly and made an experience nobody wants to go through, a whole lot better."

"I came with my 1st grader tonight and though everyone was very polite, I had to leave without being visited when I was told that pediatrics had closed and my son was put together with everyone else. At 11pm. After 2-hour wait. We'll do Tylenol during the night and hope for the best. But the ER should seriously reconsider shutting down PEDIATRICS at night."
