The only reason we have gotten the appointment is because I keep on checking on the adjuster and he gives me dates on when approvals have been sent and then I go back to the hospital and provide proof of approvals and then the appointments are scheduled. We would have stay at UMass Worcester, closer to home and the personal there was more efficient."
