"During my first session I felt a coldness in my stomach. I have never experienced a feeling like that. It wasn't particularly intense but I felt a kind of gravity about it as if I knew it was something important even though it was a very gentle feeling. The night after my first session I felt a very strange sensation between my ribs and realized I was able to inhale two or three times as much air into my lungs than I ever had before in my working memory. Not only was she able to release the painful muscle knots in my back but she also released some internal muscles keeping my ribcage bound up. The next few nights I had some of the reoccurring nightmares I've suffered for years but with a positive twist to them all and I woke up calm for maybe the first time in my adult life. It's been two weeks now and I haven't had one nightmare since. It's clear to me that I was holding some traumas physically in my chest that Dr. Thomas was able to release. She is a true healer and I can't recommend her services enough."
