"I went through the drive thru last night and had the absolute worst experience. I waited at the speaker for 15 minutes before placing my order. When I pulled around, there was 1 other vehicle in line. After sitting for 47 minutes in line, I backed out of the drive thru and parked to go inside. When I made my way to the counter, I was met with the most unpleasant person. She was run and told me I shouldn’t had got out of line. I expressed to her that I waited and was hungry, I just wanted to pay, get my food and be on my way. she then very rudely told me she was not going to argue with me.. (mind you I was calm). She told me that I would have to wait longer because I choose to get out of line, where at this point I would had been the only car. I ask how long would the wait be and she again told me she was not going to argue with me. I ask if I could have her name and the managers name. She told me she didn’t have to give it to me and she is the manager. I told her she needs to be professional and not an idiot. I exited the store where she followed me into the parking, screaming profanities, calling me disgusting words and saying she does not give a f about her job and she would beat my a$$. Being a combat vet with sever ptsd, her mistake would have been reaching my vehicle with my child. I highly suggest going elsewhere. I have been to this location countless times and never endured such but I will never return. Unfortunately I do not know who the manager is, the phone rings for the location and nothing else is posted online about the manager or owner so I’m left with no choice than to post a review."
"I have always enjoyed eating krystal but me & my family went through the drive-thru the other night & had 2 sit & wait to only get French fries warmed up in the microwave(not fresh cooked)!! That's all my child will eat so I was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!"
"Very friendly, received my order very quick. Got my good to go but the inside looked kinda dirty so glad I didn't eat there. The food was good, hopefully the kitchen we clean!"
