"Beyond happy with the care given, on the ride down from almost an hour away I messed up and took a wrong turn off the highway because the wrong address was put in. I finally get to the office keep in mind it was my first visit with them I went into the east entrance only to find out I needed to go in the west entrance so I booked it down two flights of stairs into the other entrance to make it at 10:31 after being told if I was there for 10:30 I’d be all set and I’ve had bad luck where one minute ended the entire appointment for me (another office not this one). So now I’m finally checked in the receptionist was nice, the nurse who got me all set up and asked the questions in the room was friendly, funny, professional, and just all around awesome! Then Dr. Palma came in extremely friendly, very polite, super professional, and talks to you in a way you can understand. After leaving the room he walked me to check out where we spoke with Joanne who knows my parents because they go there again SUPER friendly and nice and professional! Based off first impressions and the level of care and professionalism as well as communication I strongly recommend this place as well as the doctor and the staff they have!"
