"I started seeing Dr. Brown in April 2022. I had one appointment with him and he didn’t do anything or share any concerns about issues I had. I called back later to ask to get labs done for what I thought might be an issue and he said no and to just go to an urgent care. His office staff are atrocious. They are ignorant, rude, and condescending. They hang up while I’m still talking and sigh loudly and make it obvious they don’t care about patients. I went to get a referral to an gastroenterologist and when I called, the woman said no because dr. Brown isn’t your primary. I said yes he is and he’s listed on my insurance as it. She responded no he wasn’t and I hadn’t been there in a year so I was no longer considered a patient. Between the two incompetent rude women and the fact that dr. Brown didn’t want to do anything but well visits because he would say no I don’t want to do that or I won’t do this, go see urgent care, I have found a new doctor. He is lazy, and the women are disgraceful. Find any other doctor but this office."

"Dr. Brown is a great doctor but the receptionist Debbie is terrible. I needed a referral and made several calls to make sure they had everything they need. Three weeks later I found out the referral wasn’t sent. When I called, Debbie said some information wasn’t listed correctly. And when asked why she didn’t let me know, she said “I don’t care”, call your insurance. Who works in a doctor’s office and tells the patients they don’t care?! There is no excuse for this! I changed my PCP even though I like Dr Brown, I don’t want such an irresponsible person like Debbie to be handling my medical documents."

"Have gone to Dr Brown several times over the years although he is not my primary care physician. Every time Dr Brown has been tremendous, whether recommending a specialist for tinitus, healing a damaged knee or curing bronchitis. More than that, I always felt every single time I went that Dr Brown has a real care and empathy for his patients. This should be true of every medical professional but I find it a very rare quality and it gives that much more confidence as well. Dr Brown is the gold standard by which I compare every medical doctor and I've been very lucky to have been able to go to a medical professional of that caliber. There's very few of those."
