"I recently switched to BID Family Medical in Medfield for convenience because the practice is literally down the street from my house. I love this practice. I love Dr. Fleischmann. I feel cared for when I'm not well or have a question(s). The nurse calls back and goes through all the questions to make sure it's not an urgent matter. The nurse calls me right away to follow-up after a surgery. When my husband had a surgery at Mount Aurburn, he didn't receive any follow-up calls. It really shows that this practice and the entire staff genuinely care about their patients. Thank you so much for your caring and the superior services you provide.
