"Worse hospital to ever go to. The customer service is incredibly bad a patient could literally be passed out and absolutely no nurses come to help I am truly disappointed. Most of the nurses are so rude too but I’m not surprised the whole service there is horrible. Yall need to attend to your patients more. It’s utterly ridiculous and pathetic; I’ve never felt more let down."

"First I want to say that this is the worst place because I took my 5 month old baby there last night who had an accident and hit his head. I wanted to get him seen right away but they told me I had to wait like 5 hours because there were so many people in the ER. I also understand that all the people in the ER are sick but I took a 5 month old baby there who had an accident and they couldn't get me seen right away and... This is why so many babies die in this country from lack of care."

"Lowell General Main Campus is incredibly frustrating. The wait times are excessively long, even if you arrive early. The women at the front desk are not only rude but also show a complete lack of compassion. If you can't treat people with kindness, a hospital is not the place for you. However, I must commend the nurses they were genuinely caring and made a difficult experience a bit more bearable."

"The Lowell General main campus ER gets a ZERO!! (And that is being generous) First, I get they are short handed, but when someone is having a true and actual emergency, this is unacceptable. I got there at 10:52pm on a Monday night and it appeared that shifts were changing over, so I was not triaged! A tech tried to draw blood and could not so she sent me back to the waiting room, she never asked what was going on or my level of pain… 3 hours later and about 5 visits to the desk, the rude (and too busy for me) nurse finally called me in for blood work and to talk to me. My pain was beyond 10 out of 10! My husband and son asked the desk a few times “how much longer”, the 2 random other patients next to me saw my level of pain and offered me to go in if they were called before me. My son asked if they could give me anything for the excruciating pain, the nurse flat out FORGOT to get it for me! So he had to go back up to remind her! After 4 hours, we were told it was another 2-3 hours wait. And they FINALLY told me that the saints campus did not have a wait… so we went there and I’m so glad we did. That ER receptionist and triage nurse were extremely nice at saints campus and took care of me best they could! And, my pain was legit and I had surgery within hours!"

"Great hospital great staff some a grumpy and can be mean but there over worked and their jobs not easy at all and losing patience can take a toll overall this hospital and the er doc dr. glacier was amazing and very empathetic great bedside manner and very understanding and admitting me when I actually really needed it and understanding the severity of my situation and the staff was understanding of my outbursts even though they could’ve been controlled better"
