"I am very disappointed that I have gotten two thermostats for my Chevy Silverado and they only last 2 weeks. Both of the thermostats were defective My truck kept overheating and I had replaced the main parts. Now on 4/21/24, I had to easily take my truck to the Chevy dealership in Metter and drop it off. There is no reason or excuses why there are so many defective parts being sold. How by chance can all this be resolved 5-8-24, this issue has been resolved. Thanks"

"I went in O'Reilly 6/11/2019 I the employee was helping me fine some seat covers for my truck as he was helping me the phone rang he answered it left me just standing there waiting for him to get done giving someone a price on the phone. I stood there for 15 mins or longer how rude is that then i asked him if he would help me put a cover on my stering wheel he act like he didn't want to help me. After he was don't I thanked him I asked him how much do i owe him for helping me he said what ever I want to pay him. The point is he left me standing in the store while he was on the phone he was waiting on me then he left me just standing there like I was stupid the other sales man asked if i needed help but I told him that the guy was supposed to be online ordering me seat covers instead he left me hanging. Very disrespectful.. I won't never do business with store..."
