"Please be aware shopping at Georgia appliance in Lyons ga. Across the street from roxys diner. I purchased a stove from the back in August of 2020. After about a month one of the burners went out. After about a week of messaging them and no response someone finally got back to me and said they would be here the following day. Ok great. Well after another 2 weeks of not hearing anything I start posting on their Facebook page and someone finally comes to get it. With absolutely no communication at all. I finally start texting and calling almost weekly with no response. Then about 2 months of them having my stove someone text me to let me know they was waiting for a part. After that complete silence again. I would call/text 2-3 times before I could ever get a response. I finally just ask for my stove back and that I would find someone else to fix it. This was in November of 2020. My stove finally got dropped off yesterday afternoon. Now not only is the burner still not working the oven doesn’t work anymore either. And of course no response to any calls/messages. Nobody ever tried to make it right. We’re just stuck with a messed up stove and out $300. Just an FYI to let people know to be careful when doing business with these people."
