"If I could give zero stars I would on customer service alone, the woman at the front desk has absolutely no manners and extremely rude despite me explaining I had never shipped a vinyl record before, instead of offering advice or simply saying she didn’t know she made it a point to make me feel like an idiot. Do better USPS."

"Apparently at this post office, and unlike any other I’ve been to, they allow people mailing packages to fill out their time consuming paperwork at the window while customers wait behind them. I went to mail a letter and stood there for 10 minutes while this woman filled out her paperwork for (2) packages. When she was finally done, she left the counter, grabbed an overnight letter package and brought it to the counter and they allowed her to fill everything out for that AT THE COUNTER. So much for my quick stop at the post office. Total stupidity and lack of any concern for the others in line, many who were elderly."

"Where is my coupons ?? Where is my packages? Where is my magazines??!! Why don't I get flyers any more?! I see post of people getting bulk flyers, with coupons. . I still are missing stuff. 'they say it was scanned in front my house. But I never received it. . maybe it was scanned in the truck but never delivered"."

"Didn’t see the worker, he has a heavy accent. We spoke through the drop slot just inside. Rather than getting someone to answer my question, he misinformed me. The North Attleboro branch used to be staffed with well helpful, courteous, workers who knew what they are doing, these days the staff is hanging out behind the wall, talking to each other, screwing around. On the rare occasion someone is at the desk they make you wait even though they don’t appear to be doing anything."

"This has been my Post Office for 15 years, and still is, even though I have moved 5 times during that period and now live 9 miles away from it, but travel to the area for other business almost every day. Having opened a PO Box since day one for important mail, and mailing important mail, I have had to interact with the personnel more than often. In my opinion, the staff are respectful, knowledgeable, informative, and very helpful. Yes, there are glitches, there are bad days for them which I recognize, but that shouldn't and doesn't take away anything from my 5 star rating."
