The audacity they have to tell me to pay $18 to intercept the package due to their error! I still have not received it and it's been two weeks. I had to submit a missing package claim. This location has incompetent employees so run to another location!!!"

"I had a great experience with the staff,however the service provided was horrible. I sent an international package,tracked. There was one failed delivery attempt,and then it was shipped back to me. This cost me 100$ and they couldn't even do a second delivery attempt. Never again. Wasted $100 and wasted precoous time. Learnt my lesson,next time I will try UPS"
