"I purchased a PO box for over $100. I went in several times and spent hours each time to get my keys. Finally, after about the 4th time going in there a supervisor was able to give me my keys. I open my PO box and it's EMPTY even though the "informed delivery" online stated I had mail sitting in there spanning 2 weeks. I go back again wait in line 45 minutes and spoke to the supervisor again who said it wasn't his job to do such a thing and that the person that usually does it wasn't there which is the same excuse I got the several times I went in there. I purchased the PO box for "mail security" instead my mail is lost, I'm out $100 and got the coldest service I could imagine. Do not do any business with this post office or you will absolutely regret it. Edit: so I switched back to using my mail box because of months of not having mail put into my PO Box. These guys are putting mail into my mail box from people that don't live in either my building, street or even city. My mail likewise is being placed into other people's mailboxes across town. This is without a doubt the worst post office you could ever find."

"I had a great experience. I personally handed the clerk a stack of letters and she took it without issues. I also had a stack of certified mail and she processed it efficiently with no complaints. Can’t ask for more."

"The fact that these people don’t know how to push a doorbell has me so frustrated. I had two checks come on two different occasions, was literally home ALL day, and missed the package. Yet I get a sticker stating I missed my package? Ring. The. Doorbell. That’s why it’s there. I surely don’t have it there for decoration."
