Falling Waters State Park Campground 1130 State Park Road, Chipley, FL 32428

"It’s ok. But the waterfall was non existent due to drought, so you have to venture atleast 20 miles before getting to anything worth swimming in. Also-the dump site for plumbing is right there with the sites, so I had the misfortune of smelling sewage the whole trip cuz we were placed right across from it. Avoid the first seven campsites if you don’t want to smell it. The bathrooms were well kept and had good water pressure. Included is a video of the waterless waterfall."

"Probably the best camping spot I’ve ever stayed at! Stayed here with my Son and Grandson. Hiking swimming, kids areas, well kept camping area, facilities for large gatherings, and a great waterfall!"

"Not real happy about the lack of sanitation in the bathroom/bathhouse at Falling Waters State Park. We informed people at the front gate 2 days in a row about issues in the womens bathroom. Either the staff doesn't care or this facility doesn't have the resources to properly respond to guest sanitation concerns. The reason my family always books camping reservations with registered state parks is because we know the level of service, safety, and sanitation is always top-tier. Disappointing that we experienced less at Falling Waters. Please see attached pictures of clogged/overflowing shower drain (disgusting!) Keep in mind, there are only 2 showers to begin with. And no hand soap in the dispenser for the last 2 days of our trip. Overall, Falling Waters is a BEAUTIFUL, quiet little park with nature all around. (Site 24) neighbors pure wilderness on one side and only a single camper pad on the other, then nothing else."

"Who would have guessed there was such a high waterfall in Florida? Easy boardwalk around the fall. Does have stairs, so a wheelchair would be tricky and would take two helpers to be safe, but it could be done, well, within reason. Magnolias were in bloom May and the fall is lush with ferns and moss. Lots of dragonflies and butterflies. Plenty of picnic tables around, restroom was nice and there is a swimming beach. Could do the Florida Caverns in the same day if you stay somewhere close."

"Very lovely place to camp. There are hiking trails, a swimming lake, sand volleyball court, horseshoes and waterfalls to experience. There is a swing set at the campground and a bigger playground at the beginning of the hiking trail area. Bathrooms are nice and clean with several showers and a family shower area. There is electricity and water, a fire ring, and a picnic table but no cooking grill at any of the sites. Very shaded and cozy."
